Simple MLS notation is not very effective.But I'm a little curious.Depending on the deal, I'd ask that it be given to my buyer.It is often tied to closing within a certain time period or the property selling for a certain price.Still, this seems to take it one step further.There's nothing like an angry buyer who found out you got paid extra on or after closing.
